To the Members & Visitors of HTLC.......
". . . the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control." Galatians 4:32 Hello! Grace and peace to you, whether a member of Holy Trinity (checking out what's new on the website) or someone checking us out - for whatever reason. And if you are looking for a community and a place to worship, for whatever reason, know that you will be welcomed here. We are a small to middle-sized congregation, but very active; feel free to check out the rest of the website for all that’s going on. In terms of regular worship, we have both a Saturday evening and a Sunday morning service, both with communion, but with different musical styles. We are also people through whom God’s Spirit is moving; while I can’t claim that we’re always everything listed in that passage from Galatians, we are a community which seeks to live out our relationship with God, trusts in Jesus, the Christ, and is empowered by God’s Spirit (that's the 'trinity' part of 'Holy Trinity'). We understand all of that in a Lutheran sort of way, meaning that God has already done the work of our salvation, and everything we have is a gift. Free. Grace. We just have to figure out what to do with the gift now, today. So, if that interests you, please stop by for worship, or just to talk, or give me a call. It’s a good place to be, and good people. Again, God's grace and peace be with you, Pastor Paul Metzloff |
