On Saturday evening, August, 1st, Paul Metzloff was ordained into ministry and installed as the Pastor of HTLC by the Rev. Dr. Samuel R. Zeiser, Bishop of the Northeast Pennsylvania Synod.  The 5:30 pm worship service of holy communion magnificently blended elements of our Saturday evening contemporary and Sunday morning traditional services.  Also in attendance from the Synod were the Rev. Kurt Garbe, Associate of the Bishop, and the Rev. Charles Grube, Mission District Dean.  The Rev. Lynn Rothrock offered the sermon.

We celebrated with Pastor Paul and his family, Sally, Ann, and Matthew, at an outdoor reception on the church lawn following the service.
